Hi, I’m Cláudio Lima.
I’m 40 years old and have worked with animals for more than 10 years, including experience as a veterinary assistant and continued study in canine and feline training, behavior, and safe handling.
My breed-focused grooming education includes Golden Retrievers, Spitz and Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, and many other coat types. I bring patience, care, and respect to every appointment, always working at the pet’s pace.

Which service should I choose?
Choose Bath for short-coated pets that do not need a haircut. Choose Bath & Haircut for longer coats or a full trim. If you are unsure, text us a recent photo of your pet.
What information do you need about my pet?
Please provide your pet’s breed, age, approximate weight, coat condition, health concerns, medications, sensitivities, and any nervous or aggressive behavior.
How should I prepare for the appointment?
Give your dog a bathroom break before we arrive and keep the dog safely secured. Keep cats indoors in a quiet room or carrier. Make sure an adult is available when we arrive.
Why can the final price change?
The prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on size, breed, coat condition, matting, behavior, and the time needed. We will explain any extra charge before continuing.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. First, book a cat service and tell us about your cat’s coat and behavior. Cat grooming is completed only when it can be done safely and without forcing a highly stressed cat.
